Millie Bobby Brown has responded to rumours she’s set to cross over to the Marvel Universe.

The Stranger Things actress has been linked to an appearance in The Eternals – something we would love to see.

However, the 15-year-old has absolutely no idea where the speculation came from, and wants us all to know she has no plans to join MCU just yet.

According to JustJared, she addressed the whole thing in an Instagram Live Q&A session, telling her 22.3million followers: ‘Everybody thinks that I’m going to be in a Marvel movie. Not that I know of.

‘My family and I have no idea, so I just want to let everyone know that I’m not as of right now.’

The Eleven actress isn’t the only famous face rumoured to be part of the upcoming project, with Richard Madden, Angelina Jolie and Salma Hayek also linked.

Which makes for a pretty incredible cast…

Millie’s words come after she was forced to defend her character’s romance with Mike Wheeler (Finn Wolfhard) on Stranger Things – as the pair got close in season three of the sci-fi drama.

While some might think they’re total couple goals, others have suggested the pair are better off as friends.

Discussing the scenes, she told Digital Spy: ‘Eleven is full of love and she’s so excited for her new relationship with Mike. I think it’s just relatable and you can totally see it happening in real life,’

‘Eleven’s evolved. We’re not kids anymore.

‘We’re growing up, and I guess that’s kind of the fight with the show this season.’

Well clearly they’re doing something right, as season three broke all kinds of Netflix records.

The hit sci-fi drama launched on 4 July and many spent that weekend catching up with the Hawkins gang.

And Netflix announced the ratings on Twitter, adding that it was watched more than ‘any other film or series in its first four days.’

The service tweeted: ‘@Stranger_Things 3 is breaking Netflix records!

‘40.7 million household accounts have been watching the show since its July 4 global launch — more than any other film or series in its first four days.

‘And 18.2 million have already finished the entire season.’

You can count us in that 18.2million…

Stranger Things is available to stream on Netflix now.
