‘May God rest their soul!’ Trump predicts THESE two opponents in 2020 US elections

In a typically brash tweet, President Trump has narrowed his opponents down for next year’s general election to two Democrat candidates, before issuing a stern warning to both of them. He said: “I believe it will be Crazy Bernie Sanders vs. Sleepy Joe Biden as the two finalists to run against maybe the best Economy in the history of our Country (and MANY other great things)! I look forward to facing whoever it may be.” He then added: “May God Rest Their Soul!”

His remarks come a day after the Republican called out Fox News for not allowing an equal number of Trump voters into their studios after letting in a wave of supporters for Mr Sanders, who Mr Trump dubbed a “Democrat Socialist”.

He said: “Many Trump Fans & Signs were outside of the @FoxNews Studio last night in the now thriving (Thank you President Trump) Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for the interview with Crazy Bernie Sanders.

“Big complaints about not being let in-stuffed with Bernie supporters. What’s with @FoxNews?”

Mr Sanders is an independent senator from Vermont and a front-runner in the early polls against President Trump.

He announced recently he will run as a candidate against Mr Trump along with former Vice President Mr Biden, who has not confirmed he will run yet.

Mr Biden is currently embroiled in a scandal after it emerged that women including Lucy Flores from Nevada to Amy Lappos from Connecticut accused him of touching them inappropriately.

Mr Sanders has also been thrust into the spotlight after his tax return exposed his extreme wealth despite the fact he frequently railed against “millionaires and billionaires” during his 2016 presidential campaign.

Mr Trump tweeted: “Bernie Sanders and wife should pay the Pre-Trump Taxes on their almost $600,000 in income.

“He is always complaining about these big TAX CUTS, except when it benefits him.

“They made a fortune off of Trump, but so did everyone else – and that’s a good thing, not a bad thing!”

Other Democratic candidates include Beto O’Rourke, Pete Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker, Kamala Harris, Kirsten Gillibrand, Tulsi Gabbard, Amy Klobuchar, Julian Castro, Eric Swalwell and John Hickenlooper.

Former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz is also running for the role.
