Lask have already exceeded expectations in Europe while thrashing notable opponents along the way.

They picked up an impressive 2-0 win over AZ Alkmaar on Thursday to seal their spot in the last 16 but it was a 3-0 win over Sporting CP that stands out.

They also put four past PSV Eindhoven in a 4-1 win while also beating Rosenborg.

One of their most memorable home wins came in the Champions League against Basel where they ran out 3-1 victors last August.

Lask have also lost just two of their last 16 home matches in all competitions as they sit top of the Austrian Bundesliga.

But despite that United fans couldn’t be happier with the draw and believe they are already a step closer to Europa League glory.

One said: “Quarter finals here we come!!”

Another added: “Just give us the trophy now.”

A third also said: “One of the best draws we could have gotten.”

In other ties, Olympiacos take on Wolves after they dumped Arsenal out of the competition in dramatic fashion.

Istanbul Basaksehir will take on Copenhagen, who beat Celtic, while Rangers face a tricky tie against Bayer Leverkusen.

Wolfsburg come up against Shakhtar Donetsk, Inter Milan play Getafe and it is Sevilla vs Roma.

The remaining tie sees Basel up against either Eintracht Frankfurt or Red Bull Salzburg, with their second leg rearranged due to stormy weather warnings.

The matches will be played on March 12 and 19.
