The Celtic front man is the leading the Scottish Premiership’s top scorer rankings too as Neil Lennon’s men chase down nine-in-a-row.

Last week the attacker, who has two-and-a-half years left on his current deal, said interest in his services was flattering but he was only focused on Celtic.

United signed Odion Ighalo in January after failing to land Bournemouth’s Josh King to fire them to the top four.

Since arriving on loan from Shanghai Shenhua, the Nigerian has had to remain away from his new teammates amid fears he could spread the Coronavirus.

Jadon Sancho is another rumoured target ahead of the England ace’s increasingly inevitable exit from Borussia Dortmund.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have reportedly identifed Timo Werner of RB Leipzig as their top target.

Ex-Celtic man Moussa Demebele is also said to be on the radar of their scouts.

However, it is claimed that Edouard is also attracting their attention.

Solskjaer has spent a whopping £220million since he took charge at Old Trafford, but his team are still struggling to reach the top four.
