The ageless star twirled round in circles in a gown, looking like she was about to attend her high school prom, before sharing beverages in a car and French kissing two female friends in quick succession.
One wore a leather Playboy bunny mask to disguise her face, but the other was happy to be featured in Madonna’s latest Instagram video, despite its raunchy connotations.
In other footage, she showed herself touching down in Sicily for drinks, dances and dining, plus hanging out with family members – including son Rocco, who turned 22 just days before her own birthday celebrations.
