Lupita Nyong’o couldn’t be more excited to be mentioned in one of Beyoncé’s new songs for The Lion King soundtrack – and who can blame her?

In Beyoncé’s Brown Skin Girl, the singer pays homage to Lupita’s melanin beauty.

‘Pretty like Lupita when the cameras close in,’ Beyoncé sings on the track for the Lion King album The Gift.

And, Luptia took to Twitter to voice her reaction in the cutest way ever.

The Black Panther star posted a video of herself dancing along to the song and when her name is mentioned she makes the loudest ‘wooo’ we’ve heard in a while, continuing to move to the music while wearing the most luxurious silky gold and black robe.

We don’t personally know what it would be like to be mentioned in a Beyoncé song, but we’re pretty sure we would’ve reacted in exactly the same way.

In the same tweet Lupita wrote: ‘Brown Skin Girl. Thank you @Beyonce for this Gift! #BrightnessIsJustWhoYouAre.’

Naomi Campbell is also mentioned in the song and we can’t help but wonder if she’s somewhere bopping along to the tune too.

‘Pose like a trophy when Naomi walk in,’ the line goes.

Beyoncé referencing beautiful strong black women is the icing on top of what is a pretty awesome song.
