DEJAN LOVREN caught the eye of football fans across the globe tonight – as he watched Liverpool vs Bayern Munich dressed like “Little Red Riding Hood”.
The Croatian defender, 29, missed the game at Anfield through injury with fans quick to notice the red blanket he had draped around him.
As well as being compared to a Grimm Brothers favourite, Twitter user found other creative ways to mock Lovren.
On top of Little Red Riding Hood, social media users compared ot him to characters from Star Wars and Game Of Thrones.
One user wrote: “Lovren escaping being lost in defence but is now playing the leading role in red riding hood. Now he’s just lost in the woods.”
