Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, the blonde beauty explained: ‘Everyone thinks when you’re married you let yourself go, but me and Alex have gotten quite into the gym and being healthy’
She added: ‘Alex is really caring, and he really notices things. He has an awareness of when I’m feeling down, or when I don’t feel right.
‘We know how to make each other feel better, and feel good. It’s a trust thing. If you don’t have trust you have nothing.’
Olivia, who married star Alex in a romantic ceremony in September, recently revealed her marriage has helped motivate her to keep fit.
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, the blonde beauty explained: ‘Everyone thinks when you’re married you let yourself go, but me and Alex have gotten quite into the gym and being healthy.’
Talking more about her marriage, Olivia also said: ‘I don’t feel any different now that we’re married. If anything, we feel closer.’

Olivia and Alex tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in September, a little more than two years after they met on Love Island.
