LOVE Island’s Amy Hart dated Darius Campbell when he split from his wife, but was left heartbroken when he dumped her to try again with his ex.
The 26-year-old air hostess – who has partied with Liam Payne – enjoyed a fling with the Pop Idol star in 2013 after his marriage to Natasha Henstridge broke down.

Amy struggled to move on after the split after having dreams of getting married to the singer.
She’s heading into the villa this summer to find lasting love.
The stewardess is likely to be more experienced than the others, having had a relationship with a celebrity in the past.
“Amy fell really hard for Darius,” a source told us.

“She was convinced they would end up together. She thought there would be marriage and babies on the cards and told all her friends he was The One.
“She was utterly devastated when he dumped her to go back to his wife Natasha. It was a kick in the teeth and they didn’t speak again.
“Amy was completely heartbroken by that and it took ages for her to get over him. She was only young and thought he was the man for her.
“They met on a night out and she was instantly taken with him because he is very charming.

“They kept it very hush-hush. Looking back that was probably because of the situation with his wife, who he was estranged from when they met.
“Amy’s obviously moved on now but that scarred her for a long time. She genuinely thought they’d get engaged and have children.
“Even now she tells people how heartbroken he left her – it affected her for years.”

Darius and Natasha tied the knot in a secret ceremony on Valentine’s Day in 2011 after dating for seven years.
They had met and fallen in love after meeting at a pedestrian crossing 2004.

Prior to getting married they split briefly in 2010 but reunited after just five months and got engaged soon after.
Their secret nuptials took place at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara – a venue famous for being the place where US President John F. Kennedy spent his honeymoon with new bride Jackie in 1953.
Vivien Leigh and Sir Laurence Olivier also married there in 1940.
Just two years later they shocked fans when they filed for divorce and went their separate ways – telling fans it was a mutual decision.
They have remained close ever since, with Darius going on to have flings with Daisy Lowe and Funny Girl actress Rebecca Fennelly.
Darius is famed for his cringeworthy audition on ITV’s Popstars in 2001 when he sang a rendition of the Britney Spears classic …Baby One More Time.
He returned to the revamped talent show Pop Idol the following year and finished third place behind winner Will Young and runner up Gareth Gates.
His ex-wife Natasha is a Canadian actress who is known for her role in 1995 Sci-Fi horror Species.
