Maura Higgins was left red-faced when she nipped out in her slippers.
The Love Island star popped out to her local shop to pick up some wine.
But she noticed her wardrobe mistake a bit too late.
Maura, who appeared the dating show last year, decided to share the embarrassing (but also hilarious) moment with fans on social media.
In a clip shared to Instagram the reality TV star wandered around the shop holding her wine.
Speaking to her followers she showed off her fluffy grey slippers that she had chosen to wear to go out.
Maura said: ‘Just came into the shop and I didn’t realise…I’m still in my slippers.’
The reality TV star recently split from boyfriend Curtis Pritchard, who she met on Love Island.
She has said she ‘hardly saw’ him after leaving the villa,and refused to ‘fake’ their relationship for publicity.
The former ring girl told The Sun on Sunday: ‘If I’m not happy I’m just not going to be with that person, and I can’t fake anything because my face will tell it straight away. What are you going to gain? Plus, I’m my own brand.
‘I don’t need anyone, there’s no point denying it! I just felt like I’m 29 and I want somebody that I can see a future with. I’m not getting any younger.’
