Where is the Love Island villa?

Love Island 2019 will be filmed on the sunny Spanish island of Mallorca.

The villa has been the setting for all five series of Love Island since the series was relaunched in 2015.

ITV sent contestants for the first two series back in 2005 and 2006 to Armstrong Island, Fiji for filming.

The current villa is situated on the eastern side of the island towards Sant Llorenc des Cardassar.

Cast Amor, the series’ second villa, is located a stone’s throw away on the same island.

The Sun reported construction had begun on the villa ahead of the new series.

Dozens of workers and hoards of materials can be seen in the pictures obtained by the publication.
