Lori Loughlin looks slender as she picks up groceries

Lori Loughlin was seen picking up several bags of groceries from a Trader Joe’s market in Los Angeles on Wednesday morning.

The former Fuller House actress appeared rail thin as she trying to go under the radar in a beige outfit and visor pulled low over her sunglasses. The TV icon also seemed to show a more lighthearted side for a change as she wore a T-shirt that read Positivity and she gave a thumb’s up to a friend.

This sighting comes after it has been claimed she is fighting with her husband Mossimo Giannulli as their marriage is tested during their struggle to prove their innocence in their college admissions scandal.

Lori could not have looked more casual as she modeled a white short-sleeved T-shirt that read Positivity in light green.

The writing was pale and in cursive, making it difficult to read, but the message was clear: she wants to have and receive positive thoughts these days.

The Hallmark vet added olive green slacks that hugged her slender legs and had zippers not just on the backside but also along the back of the hem. The color also matched her visor.

And Lori added hot pink Birkenstock sandals.

Around the star’s neck were two necklaces, one with a cross pendant, and she had on beaded bracelets.

Her face could barely be seen as the visor was low and she had on dark sunglasses with her hair up.

The Summerland star was seen loading the bags of Trader Joe’s groceries into her black luxury sedan that seemed to already have suitcases in it.

At one point she hugged a blonde woman whom she seemed to know well. The lady had also helped her bring her groceries out.

And then before Loughlin got in her car, she gave a thumb’s up to the pal.

Lori also held on to a piece of paper.

This comes after she was spotted heading to a morning yoga session on Monday.

The star wore a bright pink jacket and carried a blue yoga mat with a friend.

She avoided questions on whether she thinks she will get off easy after fellow actress Felicity Huffman may reportedly serve only a month in jail for her role in the scandal.

Huffman is scheduled to be sentenced by a judge on Friday and her lawyers are seeking probation, community service, and a $20,000 fine instead of jail time after pleading guilty.

Loughlin also refused to answer questions about whether divorce rumors from husband Mossimo are true as a result of stress from the scandal.

A day earlier Loughlin was spotted leaving church without her husband amid reports of a ‘looming divorce’ as the couple face court over the college admissions scandal.

The 55-year-old did not appear to be with her fashion designer husband, 56, and instead walked with an unidentified man as she made her way to the vehicle wearing sunglasses, sandals and her hair down.

She refused to answer questions about whether she would take a plea bargain as she faces up to 40 years in prison for her alleged involvement in the Operation Varsity Blues investigation.

She is said to have been at odds with Mossimo throughout the highly publicized scandal, Us Weekly reports.

And the couple’s eldest daughter is ‘extremely concerned’ that her parents may split.

A source told the publication that ‘Bella is extremely concerned they’re going to get divorced’ as their legal battles wage on.

Lori and Mossimo reportedly ‘butted heads’ over which mode of transportation they should use for their most recent court appearance, but ultimately arrived via private plane.

‘The couple was advised by their lawyers not to,’ the insider said.

While Lori agreed with their counsel, ‘Mossimo insisted, saying it would be a “zoo” if they flew commercial.’

The star and her fashion designer husband face decades in prison if they’re convicted of charges that they bribed the University of Southern California to the tune of $500,000.

The couple rejected a plea deal offered in April after they were charged with paying $500,000 for their two daughters to get into college.

A trial date is not yet set.

They are among 51 people charged in a scheme in which prosecutors say wealthy parents paid an admissions consultant to bribe coaches and test administrators to help their children get into prestigious colleges.

‘Lori was inclined to take the deal, but Mossimo said it would ruin both of their careers,’ the source said.

U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling, meanwhile, argues that Huffman should spend 30 days in jail because she knew the scheme was wrong and participated anyway.

Huffman pleaded guilty in May to fraud charges for paying $15,000 to have a proctor correct her daughter’s SAT exam answers. She is scheduled to be sentenced September 13.
