The Bachelor‘s Laura Byrne showed off her toned post-baby body on Friday, as she and fiancé Matty ‘J’ Johnson took their daughter Marlie-Mae for a swim at Sydney’s Bondi. 

The 33-year-old looked incredible in a tiny khaki bikini, as she cooled off at the iconic Icebergs pool.

On the day, Laura doted on her girl, seven months, and could be seen taking her into the water for a dip.

She went makeup free on the outing and wore her dark locks in a bun, before getting her hair wet in the water.  

The brunette made sure to keep sun safe, wearing a black cap and dark sunglasses.

The designer added in part of the post: ‘You’re more than we could have ever hoped for.’

The couple first met on season five of The Bachelor in 2017 and became engaged in April last year while on a ‘babymoon’ holiday in Fiji.

‘She has five meals a day: breakfast, mid morning, lunch, mid afternoon and dinner, which include animal proteins and non-starchy, above-ground vegetables like broccoli, Brussels sprouts and spinach,’ Jono explained.

‘She also eats fruits low in carbohydrates like avocado, berries, lemon and lime, fats, nuts, seeds, oils and high-fat dairy.

‘Some dairy can kick the body out of ketosis when the carbohydrate content is too high.’
