Kyle Massey 'sued for sexual misconduct' by 13-year-old girl who claims 'he sent her photos'

Kyle Massey is being sued by a 13-year-old for sexual misconduct with a minor, according TMZ.

The outlet reported on Friday the minor claims the former child star, 27, sent her pictures and videos of himself that allegedly included his erect penis.

The girl, who is suing him for at least $1.5 million, said in the lawsuit she met him when she was four years old, TMZ reported.

The outlet said that she said she was at Universal City with her mom in 2009, at age four, when she met the That’s So Raven star.

 She had said that they were in contact since then and he was like a father figure to her.

The website said that she wanted a career in entertainment and had hoped he would help her.

She claimed in December that Kyle spoke to her and her mother about her staying with him and his girlfriend in Los Angles to help pursue her career.

However, he then allegedly began sending her ‘numerous sexually explicit text messages, images and video,’ the outlet reported.

Kyle starred on the Disney Channel sitcom That’s So Raven from 2003 until 2007 as Cory Baxter.

He was also on the spinoff show, Cory In The House as the title character from 2007 until 2008.

Kyle appeared on Dancing With The Stars season 11 in 2010 before having guest starring roles on Gotham, Being Marie Jane as the voice of Jeremy on Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
