KOURTNEY Kardashian appeared to shade her sisters, as she explained her reasons for stepping back from Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The 40-year-old eldest sibling implied that appearing on the the reality show was unfulfilling and unenjoyable.
“I’m really trying to put my energy into things that are fulfilling and enjoyable,” she said, explaining her exit to Health Magazine in an interview published on Tuesday.
The mother-of-three’s departure from the show has been on the cards amid heightened tensions with her sisters, especially Kim.
Kourtney made it clear her heart wasn’t in it anymore and Kim and Khloe chastised her for not putting enough of herself into the E! show.
In a confessional last season, Kim slammed Kourtney for being so private and leaving Khloe and Kim to pick up the slack.
“All of the days that Kourtney isn’t filming, Khloé and I are picking up the slack. If we’re not sharing our lives, then, what is the show?” she said.
Last November, Kourney confirmed she was going to take a step back, after 17 series and 12 years filming the show.
She said that she wanted to spend more time with her three children, Mason, nine, Penelope, seven, and four-year-old Reign.
She previously blamed the reality show for affecting her relationship with their dad, Scott Disick.
“I shared everything from my relationship with Scott. Everything,” she confided in mom Kris Jenner.
“To where all these people were involved in my relationship, and it was horrible for our relationship. I, of course, am grateful for all the years of filming our show, but, you know, I’ve spent so many years on camera, and I’m just in a different headspace.”
In the trailer for the latest season of KUWTK, Kourtney and sister Kim come to blows, when the wife of Kanye West can be seen punching her older sibling.
Kim the mom of four admitted fans can expect the season to be “violent.”
