A complaint about Katie Price ‘threatening to kill’ ex-fling Charles Drury has been ‘probed by police’.

It has been claimed the 41-year-old – who was recently declared bankrupt – kicked off when the electrician asked if he could return to her £2million Surrey mansion, to retrieve his things.

According to his pals, he decided to get police involved after becoming ‘worried’ for his safety after their chat.

‘He asked her if he could collect his stuff and said she hit the roof. He said she threatened to ‘f**king kill’ him if he came near the house,’ a friend reportedly said.

‘He told us he was worried about how aggressive Katie would be and genuinely was worried for his safety.

‘Charles decided to get the police involved. He’s not taking any risks.’

The Sun states he was ‘quizzed by police’ for three hours on Thursday.

A spokesperson for Derbyshire police told MailOnline: ‘On Friday 29 November we received a report of a dispute between a man and his ex-partner, in which he believed a threat had been made against him.

‘Officers attempted to speak to the informant on a number of occasions, however, were unable to see him in person at his local police station.

‘The man was seen by officers yesterday, 5 December, and enquiries are ongoing into the allegations.’

Katie and Charles enjoyed a brief relationship back in August, following her temporary split from Kris Boyson.

He moved in to the mum-of-five’s ‘mucky mansion’ within a few weeks, but they called things off soon after.

The Essex builder made headlines after crudely ranking their sex-life in a tell-all interview with The Sun, branding his ex a ‘one out of ten’.

‘For any lad, it’s like a dream come true, but it wasn’t anything to brag about to my mates,’ he said. ‘I thought it was going to be better than what I expected,’ he claimed.

‘I was disappointed. The whole expectation of her being Katie Price – this glamour model – you’re thinking it’s going to be amazing but then it’s an anti-climax.’

Katie’s reps later claimed she wasn’t ‘angry’ over his comments, branding him a ‘little boy’.

‘Given what she now knows about him it was inevitable he would sell a story to try and publicise himself,’ they told the Mirror.

‘Kris and Kate are over Charles who is behaving like the little boy he is.’
