Katie Price reveals she spends £1000 a week on food after filing for bankruptcy

Katie Price has revealed she spends £1,000 a week on groceries for herself and her family.

The former model, 41, has filmed a new two-part documentary which chronicles all of the latest drama in her life, from the downfall of her housing renovations to her bankruptcy filing.

The trailer for the episodes reveals that Price ended her engagement to her fiancé, Kris Boyson, after she cheated on him.

In the sneak preview, she is seen admitting to the infidelity, to which Boyson replies: “What Kieran [Hayler] put you through, is what you’re putting me through now.” She later apologises for her actions.

Later on in the clip, speaking to what appears to be a financial adviser, Price says: “For a full shop, I spent £800 – £1,000 a week,” to which the woman responds: “A week?!”

Last week, Price was declared bankrupt after she failed to meet the terms of an Individual Voluntary Agreement.

She previously filed a proposal for the agreement, which was accepted last month.

Days later, her friend, Towie star Bobby Norris, posted a video of the pair singing I Have Nothing by Whitney Houston ahead of a Christmas lunch together.

The friends then moved on to a different venue and Norris later posted a video of Price “trying to blag” some tequila rose shots, with his next Instagram Story post revealing she had been successful.

Since the bankruptcy filing was announced, Price has not commented publically on the state of her finances.

However she has continued to publish sponsored posts on her Instagram page.

Katie Price: My Crazy Life returns to Quest Red and catch-up app dplay with a two-part special airing Monday 9 and Monday 16 December at 10pm.
