Katie Price, who recently admitted to spending £1,000 a week of groceries for herself and her family, has revealed she also buys 10 chickens a week for her dogs’ meals.
The former model, 41, has filmed a new two-part documentary which chronicles all of the latest drama in her life, from the downfall of her housing renovations to her bankruptcy filing.
In the second episode, which airs on Monday night (December 16), Boyson takes Katie food shopping and is shocked by her frivolous attitude to spending money when they pick out grub for her pet.
While in the store, Price asked the assistant in the butcher section for an entire tray of lamb minced meat and 10 whole chickens.

In shock, Boyson interjects and shouts: “No, no, no! Why? What?”
Katie’s daughter Princess Andre, who she shares with ex husband Peter Andre, replies: “Yeah, but the dog eats that.”
Frustrated Boyson the asks: “Not 10 chickens in on shop?”
Price explained that the dog has two whole chickens a day, to which Boyson responded: “It’s a dog, not a lion!”
Annoyed by his attempts to help her save money, Price snapped back with: “He is like a lion. No, don’t take the p***, there is cutting back and there is cutting back and that’s what my dog eat.
At the end of the shopping trip, it is revealed that Boyson’s advice has helped Price shave the coast of her weekly shop down to just over £70, however she told the cameras that she would have to return to the store “and get more stuff because that isn’t even going to last a day.”
In July, the former Loose Women panellist’s splashed out on an expensive family protection German shepherd that she’s named Blade – despite buying a £1,000 puppy of the same breed just before Christmas.
In November, Price was declared bankrupt after she failed to meet the terms of an Individual Voluntary Agreement.
She previously filed a proposal for the agreement, which was accepted last month.
