Just got a PS4, Xbox One or Nintendo Switch? You have plenty of reasons to be excited


Next year will see the launch of the next-gen PlayStation and Xbox consoles as well as tonnes of highly anticipated games.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Last of Us 2, Cyberpunk 2077, Ghost of Tsushima, Halo Infinite, Resident Evil 3 and Animal Crossing Switch are all out in 2020.

Persona 5 Royal, Marvel’s Avengers, DOOM Eternal, Dying Light 2, Half-Life Alyx, Bloodlines 2, Yakuza 7 and Watch Dogs 3 are also out next year.

It’s a staggering release schedule and is arguably the most densely packed selection of high quality games for a single year that’s ever been.

And that’s not to mention the already announced games which do not have a confirmed release date yet like Zelda Breath of the Wild 2 which could still land in 2020.

If you just got a new PS4, Xbox One or Switch for Christmas then you have plenty of reasons to be excited about what the future holds.
