The 50-year-old looked sensational as she flaunted her toned physique and washboard abs while at the gym on Instagram.

Posing for the mirror selfie, the Hustlers actress showcased her tiny frame in a yellow crop top and gym leggings.
The singer went make-up free for the snap while her hair was pulled back into a slick bun.
Alongside the sweaty snap, she wrote: “Sweaty SoLful Sunday’s… @niyamasol #fallishere”.
Fans rushed to comment on Jennifer’s toned figure.

The mum-of-two, who is set to wed long-term boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, is no doubt used to keeping fit after undergoing intense training for hit movie Hustlers.

Though the star has an extensive dancing background she revealed that training for the movie – which is about a group of strippers who con wealthy men – was a huge challenge.
“Learning the skill was ‘definitely one of the hardest things [she’s] ever done physically,” she said in a new behind-the-scenes documentary.
“It’s rough on your body. It’s real acrobatics, but I’m just trying to learn the mechanics right now.
“Strippers have lots of time to practice. They’re there every night… So they start learning little by little, but we have to do a crash course.”
Former basketball star Alex popped the question to Jennifer in March after dating the star for two years.
Announcing their happy news online, the Jenny From The Block singer shared a photograph of her massive diamond ring, which was presented to her on the beach.
This will be J-Lo’s fourth time down the aisle, after a string of unsuccessful marriages.
