The former Towie star, who has lost a whopping 13 stone after his gastric bypass surgery last year, is currently enjoying the sunshine over in the Bahamas.

James has loved sharing snaps from his travels on Instagram.
In one pic James showed off his slim frame in a grey aztec shirt and cream shorts.
The telly favourite was surrounded by six glamorous women.
James captioned the post: “James & His Bond Girls.
“A trip we will never forget.”
In another picture James was all smiles sitting next to his best pals Mark Wright’s brother Josh.
He said: “My holiday partner in crime @joshwright4444

James has also been spotting posing for pics with ex Lydia Bright and newly-single Denise Van Outen.
It comes after James was spotted looking the slimmest he’s ever been as he headed out to shop for cars.
He showed off his trim figure as he looked around and posed next to a number of motors.
The star could be seen taking a shine to a Land Rover Defender, which can cost from £45,000 if bought brand new, as he lent on its bonnet.
James showed off his trendy outfit, consisting of orange tracksuit bottoms and a white t-shirt.
The ITVBe favourite underwent a life-saving gastric sleeve op last April in a bid to turn his life around.
However doctors recently ordered him to put some weight back on.
