Jackie 'O' Henderson snaps live on-air to have a go at construction workers outside her Bondi home

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson SNAPS at noisy construction workers outside her Bondi Beach home – after revealing her feud with female traffic controllers

Radio host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson is growing frustrated with the roadworks going on outside her multi-million dollar Bondi Beach apartment.

The 45-year-old, who has been broadcasting from home for the past two months, interrupted her entertainment news segment on Tuesday to yell at the construction workers outside her window.

It comes just a day after she launched into a similar tirade against female traffic controllers who’ve been blocking Uber Eats deliveries from getting to her building.

‘Bloody construction, I’m so over it,’ Jackie snapped as sound of building equipment could be heard through her microphone.

‘Sorry, it’s annoying me so much, this construction. I mean it’s raining outside, take the day off guys!’ she yelled in frustration.

Her co-host Kyle Sandilands tried to calm her down by saying ‘you can barely hear it’, but Jackie was still obviously rattled.

On Monday, Jackie described a series of run-ins she’d had with female traffic controllers working outside her luxury apartment.

The stop-go women, who are mostly Irish backpackers, have apparently been blocking her Uber drivers and couriers from entering her private street.

Jackie said that on two separate occasions she’d been forced to walk up the street to collect deliveries or carry heavy bags towards a waiting taxi.

‘They’re paving the road for some reason. It’s crazy to me, but I won’t question the council’s motivations. Only residents are allowed [to drive] on my street and it’s been like that for some time,’ she explained.

She once lost her temper with a lollipop lady who wouldn’t let her Uber driver up the street even though other residents’ taxis had been allowed through.

‘[The traffic controller] was on the phone talking to a friend and probably didn’t even care,’ Jackie said indignantly.

Jackie went on to say this wasn’t an isolated incident and that she’d never had this problem before with male traffic controllers.

The Kyle and Jackie O Show’s executive producer, Sonia ‘Palestine’ Jahshan, also shared her experience of dealing with hostile lollipop lasses.

She said: ‘They just have an attitude about them, you know? The boys don’t, they seem to be doing their job. But the girls, it’s like they deliberately leave you at the stop sign for 20 minutes.’

‘I agree, Sonia,’ replied Jackie. ‘It’s not just my street, it’s in general. I’m waiting a hell of a lot longer than I used to when the guys were in charge.’
