'I'm sad' Caitriona Balfe says pregnancy 'put a spanner in the works' over Outlander hopes

Caitriona and her husband Anthony ‘Tony’ McGill, a band manager, married in August 2019.

McGill, an Irish music producer and Scottish band manager, popped the question after more than two years of dating.

Speaking to PEOPLE at the 2018 Golden Globes, where she was nominated for best performance by an actress for Outlander, Balfe revealed she was engaged.
