Caitlyn Jenner has opened up about her facial plastic surgery on tonight’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
The 70-year-old media personality told Good Morning Britain’s Kate Garraway and Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle about the cosmetic work she’d had done.
While in the shower, Kate asked Caitlyn if she felt good at 70 because she’d done so much fitness in her life.
Caitlyn said: “Put it this way, are you ready? What I got leftover is more than most ever had. Now with a little bit of help from Beverley Hills…”

Kate replied: “But that’s cosmetic not about your actual fitness though.”
The Good Morning Britain presenter then asked: “So when you did your face is that because of being Caitlyn.”
Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star nodded saying: “There are distinct characteristics between the female bone structure and the male, for instance, the distance between the top of your lip and your nose.
“It’s less on women although you have quite a bit.”
Caitlyn proceeded to demonstrate where she meant by pointing to Kate’s upper lip.
She showed Nadine how long the distance between nose and lip was on Kate’s face, saying: “You are the exception.
“I’m sorry, but don’t worry we can fix it!”
In the Bush Telegraph Kate, laughing, said: “Caitlyn says that she has got just the person to fix my face out in LA so when I got to visit I could come back a whole new Kate with a much shorter bit up here” while pointing at her top lip.
