How to find out which version of DirectX you have installed
You can find out which version of DirectX is running on your computer by making use of the DxDiag tool that will be installed on your Windows PC by default. To access this tool simply do the following:

- Type dxdiag into the search box and press enter.
- Click dxdiag from the search options.
