Kylie MacNab, from Nebraska, has had her whole family at home for a few days and posted the video on Facebook from “day five.”
The mum had the genius notion of setting up an obstacle course using things she has in her own house- cushions, dining chairs and hallway benches.
In the video her son can be seen following blue arrows around the house, climbing under chairs, spinning on the spot, jumping on a mini-trampoline and sliding down a little slippery dip.
Unsurprisingly, parents everywhere thought it was genius, with the mum’s video being shared over 600K times.
“This is awesome!” one mum said, with another adding, “Great idea to get out some of their healthy energy!”
Plenty were tagging other mums and dads, suggesting we’d all be doing a version of Kylie’s obstacle course before long.
