Hollyoaks' Mitchell and Scott 'set for heartbreak' amid jaw-dropping bombshell

Hollyoaks doctor Mitchell Deveraux and boyfriend Scott Dirnkwell (Ross Adams) are set for an “unpredictable storyline” according to actor Imran Adams.

Imran joined the Channel 4 soap as Mitchell last year and the character has been involved in some of the show’s most explosive storylines since stepping foot in the village.

Mitchell came out as gay to his homophobic grandfather Walter Deveraux earlier this year with the bombshell tearing the tight-knit family apart.

In another dramatic twist, Mitchell recently found out that mysterious villagers Toby (Bobby Gordon) and Celeste Faroe (Andrea Ali), who were pretending to be a married couple, are in fact his brother and sister.

Martine Déverbaux (Kelle Bryan) was forced to come clean and confessed she gave birth to triplets but only kept one child, Mitchell.

Hollyoaks star Imran Adams, who plays Mitchel Deveraux, has teased that fans will be “overcome with emotional” over his character’s upcoming scenes with Scott

As part of her cunning plan to tear the family party, Celeste sneakily rung absent father Felix Westwood (Richard Blackwood) pretending to be Martine, and the bad dad unexpectedly turned up in the village last week.

Discussing the arrival of his on-screen father, Imran told Daily Star Online: “Richard Blackwood is a star and the character of Felix is very necessary.

“It’s high drama and the story is far from over.”
