HOLLYOAKS fans are terrified for Mercedes McQueen’s life after Liam Donovan raided her pub with two thugs.
The landlady – who is played by actress Jennifer Metcalfe in the Channel 4 soap – was left terrified tonight after Liam broke into her pub with his heavies.

Mercedes thinks Liam shot her after the note James sent, and in an effort to save his sister Grace and ex James – the real culprits – Liam hatched a plan to shut her up for good.
He let Warren listen in on a conversation between him and Grace that made it seem like he had been the one to shot her.
And when Warren decided to take revenge, Liam circled back and went to deal with Mercedes himself with Warren safely out of the way.
“Boo,” he should as he walked into the pub ready to do whatever it takes to keep Grace’s secret.

She begged him to leave her alone as he grabbed her but he laughed her pleas off and issued a chilling death threat.
He told her: “That’s the problem Mercedes, that big mouth of yours. That night is history, you breathe another word… you never did know when to shut up.
“This is just a bit of redecorating, next time I won’t be so generous.”
He then had his thugs smash up the pub while she looked on in terror.

Meanwhile at The Loft Warren realised he had been played by Liam as he sat waiting in his office and fans were left terrified Liam would outsmart them both.
One wrote: “Liam’s evil smile. Wicked boy…”
A second said: “Damn Liam. That’s just cold.”
Another added: “Liam and his boys are trashing the pub. Ohh S**t.”
