Giuffre alleged in court documents she was procured by former socialite Maxwell as a teenage “sex slave” for the late Epstein, who died in prison.
Lawyers for Andrew responded to Ms Giuffre’s allegations in an 11 page document.
It states the Duke denies allegations that he sexually abused Ms Giuffre when she was under 18.
The document, however, does admit his links to paedophile Epstein and convicted sex trafficker Maxwell.
It also sets out a series of defences “without assuming the burden of proof, and expressly denying any and all wrongdoing”.
The document, submitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, concludes: “Prince Andrew hereby demands a trial by jury on all causes of action asserted in the Complaint.”
