Janet Jackson, who has never played a UK festival before, is also on the bill.
She will to the stage following the furore over the Channel 4 documentary Leaving Neverland, which made sex abuse allegations against her late brother Michael.
The Jackson family recently said she has not publicly defended the late pop star because she does not want to give more “energy” to the allegations.
Her singing brothers, known collectively as The Jacksons, played the festival in 2017.
This year’s festival takes place between 26 and 30 June. Tickets for the event sold out in just over half an hour.
Stormzy was announced as the first headliner back in November, writing on Twitter: “THE HEADLINE ACT – GLASTONBURY 2019, well let’s be f***ing having ya then.”
