Game of Thrones fans convinced Daenerys Targaryen will win the Iron Throne and become a tyrant like her evil dad

GAME of Thrones fans have a new theory about Daenerys Targaryen winning the iron throne.

The theory states that the Mother of Dragons will win her aim and conquer the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros and successfully take her seat on the throne before embracing madness like her dad did.

But instead of being the breaker of the wheel, she will instead turn into a blood-thirsty tyrant just like her dad The Mad King.

He would torture his subjects and murder them in wildfire, and fans note Daenerys has shown her own cruel side before now – and she’s got two massive fire-breathing dragons to play with.

She previously chained up two of her dragons to protect Drogon, and she fed a variety of prisoners to them through her time in Mereen.

The former Khaleesi also crucified more than a hundred people while abroad, leading fans to question her motives and stability.

One fan wrote: “I presume Daenerys believes she is that saviour type, but there’s quite a bit of vanity on her part, and she is too eager for undivided loyalty and to claim her birth-right, when it’s not actually a necessary part of her supposed objective of saving people.

“Often the desire to be seen as a saviour is about adulation, rather than doing the right thing, although I also believe she wants best for those people, so it’s a win-win, but it’s hard not to see many of her actions as a means to lifting her status.”

A second said: “I have a slight problem with her crucifying over 100 people but that’s just me, I’m a delicate flower.”

Another added: “That was a hell of a clue that she’s more interested in stamping her authority and appearing strong, than finding out what’s right and doing what’s right!

“There are times when she is more thoughtful, but her instincts are to quash any subordination are always near the surface.”
