The guests on Jeremy Vine were discussing whether TV licences should be scrapped. Mr Wootton argued that Netflix meant “people don’t tune into TV in the normal way” anymore. However, Ms Myskow argued the streaming service was more of a rival to Hollywood than the BBC. The clash between the two panellists came to a head when Ms Myskow said “Dan stop shouting at me” as the debate reached boiling point.
Mr Wootton said: “We are in a changed world, Netflix, people don’t tune into TV in the normal way.”
Ms Msykow replied: “No Netflix does not do news, Netflix provides drama, that is something completely different.
“Netflix has taken away from Hollywood in a way, they are providing drama.
“What we need is an accountable valid trustworthy service.”

Mr Wootton responded: “The BBC is not that Nina!
“Watch the BBC News on the night of Brexit and there was a studio that was the EU flag then there was the humiliation of Brexiteers up and down the country for being stupid.
“Then there was a BBC reporter asking about an all white crowd, it’s biased.”
Ms Msykow fired back: “You work for Rupert Murdoch.”
Fellow panellist Ed Balls said: “Of course it is not biased come on.”
Mr Wootton replied: “You think the BBC represented the public during Brexit referendum?”
Ms Msykow said: “Yes they did they absolutely did.
“Dan stop shouting at me.”
