BEN Mitchell will show he’s not a man to be messed with in EastEnders next week when he threatens Danny Hardcastle’s family.
It comes after Phil gives gangster Danny the cash he’s laundered through the E20 and Danny offers him another job.

Phil turns him down but Ben – played by Walford newbie Max Bowden – overhears and challenges Phil on his refusal but angry Phil quickly puts his son in his place.
Ben isn’t happy about being overlooked by his dad and later he secretly meets up with Danny – Paul Usher – to take the job that Phil turned down.
He’s momentarily sidestepped when Danny refuses to let him get involved with the job but Ben threatens Danny’s family and forces him to reconsider.

However, after Ben’s left, Danny takes out his phone and makes a call. Could Ben’s new attitude have landed him in danger?
Elsewhere Ben is getting annoyed with accomplice Lola Pearce as she continues to grow close to her ex, Jay Brown, again.
Struggling to keep her on-side, Ben reminds her that she needs the money to start a new life with Lexi.
Fans were horrified at new Ben last week when he revealed his nasty side, almost kicking Lexi – who is his daughter with Lola.

Furious that Lola had accepted Phil’s offer to move into the Mitchell house without talking to him first he fumed at her: “I decide where we live and what pace we go at. Is that understood?”
He added: “Thinking never was your strong point, Lola, was it?”
When Lexi tried speaking to him on the sofa, he lost it, booting her teddy bear.
She asked: “Daddy, do you want to look at Fluffy?”
Lexi then complained her dad wasn’t looking, prompting him to grit his teeth and lash out.
He raged: “I’m not in the mood, Lola. Can you take her to Billy’s or something?”- leaving viewers stunned at Ben’s new dark personality.
