It’s been over a decade since they divorced. 

Former Baywatch beauty Donna D’Errico accused her ex husband Nikki Sixx of trying to use a loophole in their divorce settlement to get out of paying her child support, according to The Blast.

The 51-year-old filed new documents claiming that the Motley Crue star owes her thousands.

In the documents, the actress alleges that Sixx owes her ‘$24,771 in back child support for their daughter, Frankie Sixx.’

D’Errico claims that she is entitled to $8,257 a month in child support per their agreement until March 31, 2019 or until Frankie stops attending high school.

It is the second option, according to The Blast, that has become a point of contention between the former couple.

Frankie received a ‘certificate of proficiency’ but continued attending school and Nikki stopped payments on March 31 of this year.

‘D’Errico believes the agreement does not make any mention of obtaining a proficiency certificate, so she thinks Sixx should have to pay up for April, May, and June as well,’ the outlet wrote.

The rock star and the actress were were married from 1996-2007 and they restructured their divorce agreement in 2015. 

The Batwatch star also raised a red flag in the documents about how her support payments were structured in 2015, accusing Sixx of getting creative once more to make it look like he makes less than he does.

Back in 2000, the couple temporarily split after Frankie was born. Nikki then completed a sting in rehab and the pair reconciled for a few years. 

Donna has a son, Rhyan, from a previous relationthip and Sixx has three children with his ex-wife Playboy Playmate, Brandi Brandt, Gunner, Storm, and Decker.

He is currently expecting a new baby with his current wife Courtney. 

The couple tied the knot in March 2014  and announced they were pregnant with their first child together in January.
