‘OK so on one hand I’m treated like royalty in New Orleans and at the airport I was treated like s**t,’ the 75-year-old wrote.
‘Let me be clear, Not the people or Delta BUT TSA, was over the top !! Makes me want to cry !!! (sic)’.
She added: ‘Its not what was done but how, I am feeling violated – I still feel her hands between my legs, front and back ( saying to me it her job).
‘WOW!!really mixed emotions I always like to see the good things but not feeling good right now.’
Fans have been quick to send messages of support to the singer, with one writing: ‘I wish that hadn’t happened to you. Sending love…’
Another added: ‘So deeply sorry that It happend to you! (sic)’.
A TSA spokesperson told FOX News: ‘TSA is committed to ensuring all travelers are treated with respect and courtesy.
‘TSA is aware of concerns presented by Diana Ross about her screening experience at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport this morning.’
The iconic musician recently celebrated her 75th birthday – and clearly still knows how to party as she enjoyed a star-studded celebration.
The legend was a wonder in a bright fluffy outline of a ruffled gown, as she got into a waiting classic Rolls-Royce to take her home.
She shot well-wishers a cheeky grin as she showed off a pair of orange earrings that matched her impressive birthday outfit.
Famous faces at her bash included the likes of Beyoncé, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian and Diddy and Robin Thicke.

Partying at the Hollywood Palladium, Diana was surrounded by her nearest and dearest family and friends, including daughter Tracee Ellis Ross who summoned Bey to perform the sweetest impromptu birthday surprise.
‘I am so happy that I’m turning 75 and still here to be able to enjoy you.’
