TV and Radio star Debbie McGee took to social media yesterday to share some unearthed pictures with her 42,900 Twitter followers. The sensational throwback snaps showed the 62-year-old in the early years of her career, when she found fame as a magician’s assistant alongside her husband Paul Daniels, who sadly died in 2016.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star, who made it to the final of the ballroom dancing competition back in 2017 with her partner Giovanni Pernice and won the Christmas special two years later with Kevin Clifton, exclaimed: “Oh my goodness,” when she re-shared the photos.
The black and white images were initially uploaded by a Debbie McGee fan club Twitter page.
“#FlashbackFriday, Here’s the lovely @thedebbiemcgee in her younger days,” the caption read.
The BBC Radio Berkshire presenter could be seen striking a pose with her hands on her hips in a figure-hugging strapless dress in one picture.
