Shadow foreign secretary David Lammy has demanded an apology from the prime minister after a video was leaked showing No 10 staff joking about a Christmas party.
Downing Street has faced days of questioning over reports of a party held during lockdown.
Mr Lammy told BBC Breakfast the gathering at No 10 “clearly was not a business meeting”.
