David Beckham channelled his inner James Bond as he stepped out onto a speed boat to shoot a campaign for his first eyewear collection with Safilo.
The retired professional football player, 44, looked sharp on Friday as he sported a stoic expression while travelling around Venice’s canals with a film crew.
Wearing a tuxedo, a white dress shirt and a black bow tie, David was sure to turn heads as he traversed the city’s waterways.

After showing off his good looks in one ensemble, the sportsman then stepped out in an all-white ensemble.

Beckham will soon return to spiritual home Old Trafford, where he will reunite with his former Manchester United teammates for a match played in honour of their treble winning heroics.

Legendary former manager Sir Alex Ferguson will also return to manage the side as they take on Bayern Munich, the team they narrowly beat to the European Cup on that memorable night in Barcelona.
‘I’m so excited to be going back to Old Trafford in May,’ Beckham recently told the BBC. ‘1999 was such a massive year for us so recreating that moment is going to be really special.
‘To be back together as a squad and to be managed by the boss again is huge. Huge for us and for the fans; I can’t wait.’
