Dan Walker tackles BBC Bias row as viewers clash over Beeb's Brexit coverage 'Sort it out'

The two user’s tweets were in response to one of Dan’s other posts about the BBC’s footage error that they came under fire for earlier this week.

They were slammed for using three-year-old footage of the Remembrance Day service that, according to viewers, made Prime Minister Boris Johnson appear in a “better light” than he did at this years ceremony, something which they called “unforgivable”.

Dan posted a public apology to his Twitter feed for the “mistake” on Monday but was hit with severe backlash from angry fans who were “disappointed” that the footage appeared to be “edited” together, claiming the BBC weren’t acting impartial and “pro-Conservative.”

In response, one of the users he mentioned, tweeted: “I know you shouldn’t shoot the messenger, feel for you Dan,” they said.
