Last night, Dan informed Football Focus fans that the programme would air on BBC2 at midday today, instead of it’s usual spot on BBC One.
A BBC News special following the death of the Duke will take its place.
Earlier this week, Dan announced that he would be leaving the popular sport show, which he has presented since 2009, at the end of the season.
He said it had been a “real pleasure” to host and an “amazing 12 years,” when he announced his departure on social media on Thursday.
