Coronavirus: 'I thought I would burst into flames' – Woman explains her COVID-19 symptoms

The most common warning signs of coronavirus are having a new, continuous cough, and a high fever.

Anybody that feels hot to the touch on their chest or back should avoid leaving the house, as they may be infected.

Similarly, anyone that’s been coughing more than usual for longer than a one-hour period, or if they’ve had at least three coughing episodes every 24 hours, should self-isolate.

Other coronavirus symptoms include diarrhoea, tiredness, and losing your sense of smell and taste.
