The funniest couple in showbiz are hitting the road with their hit podcast.
Chris and Rosie Ramsey will be taking their Sh*gged, Married, Annoyed show across the country in September.
The couple are only performing in select venues, with just eight gigs lined up, including the Edinburgh Playhouse and Glasgow’s Theatre Royal.
Strictly star Chris and his actress/singer wife have amassed a huge following since launching their hilarious series last year, which regularly reaches the number one spot on download charts and has garnered an incredible 18m downloads worldwide.
The stage show version will cover the usual range of subjects, from Chris and Rosie’s day-to-day antics and “beefs” with each other, to the more surreal issues of listeners’ habits in the shower (we cannot go into this in more detail, trust us, just listen).
The pair usually host the podcast from the South Shields home they share with young son Robin, but are looking forward to getting out and about!
Comedian Chris, who almost made it to the finals of Strictly Come Dancing in 2019, and social media star Rosie announced the tour plans to their army of fans yesterday, and were blown away by the response after pre-sale tickets were snapped up in record time.
Rosie said: “Wow. Just wow! . . Can’t thank you all enough for the positive response to our tour announcement. Honestly we are blown away! So looking forward to having a drink with all you SMAS and DAS.”
