The 23-year-old was seen out and about in Newcastle wearing the plunging outfit as she put the finishing touches to her new beauty salon – CM House of Aesthetics.

Chloe has been busy bringing her business together and the reality star was spotted excitedly telling onlookers that her salon will open in just a few weeks.
The star finished her casual ensemble with simple white trainers as she climbed onto the scaffolding to fix sign for her new salon into place.
The MTV favourite has undergone a bit of a makeover in recent weeks and now sports long blonde hair extensions.

Chloe has admitted to having cheek fillers, veneers, an eyebrow lift, her eyebrows tattooed, Botox and a nose job since finding fame.
She said: “Of course, it’s a bit addictive. But I can stop myself, I’m happy with myself now.”
She has had two nose jobs, boob implants, a bum lift, and regularly gets fillers injected into her face.
Chloe didn’t deny reports that she’s forked out £50,000 on various operations and said she’ll continue to have anti-wrinkle injections.
