Chelsea vs West Ham live stream: How to watch Premier League fixture online and on TV

Chelsea host West Ham in a mouthwatering London derby at Stamford Bridge this evening.

The Blues’ impressive rise up the table has been rocked by consecutive defeats against Everton and Wolves, putting a sudden dent into what had been considered a firm surge into contention for the Premier League title. Frank Lampard’s side instead sits in eighth heading into tonight’s fixture, now nine points adrift of leaders Liverpool, albeit with a game in hand. Chelsea will be boosted by possibility of Hakim Ziyech and Callum Hudson-Odoi featuring, though, who both returned to full training last week.
