Geordie Shore regular Charlotte Crosby has been savaged by Come Dine With Me fans for failing to have heard of the late George Michael.
The MTV babe appeared on the hit E4 cooking series to show off her cooking skills.
However, during day two of the completion talk quickly turned to the Careless Whisper superstar.
During Corrie’s Steve Arnold’s dinner party, Dawn Ward revealed that George only followed 29 people on Twitter and she was one of them.
But while the other guests were impressed Charlotte looked baffled.

Speaking to camera after the evening was over, Charlotte said: “Who the hell is George Michael? Who is he?
“Is he supposed to be someone big? What do he sing”
After being told about his Wham! classic Last Christmas, Charlotte continued: “Oh Last Christmas.
“I mean that is a good old Christmas song but I didn’t know who sang it.

“It didn’t know if she [Dawn] had got confused with Michael Jackson, but then I thought I wouldn’t ask that as it would sound stupid.”
Flocking to social media to pan the star for her comments, one fan accused: “There is not a chance in hell that Charlotte Crosby doesn’t know who George Michael is.
“Why lie about something so pathetic.”
Another added: “I can’t believe Charlotte asked who George Michael was.”

Meanwhile, a third continued: “Charlotte Crosby can’t be serious right?
“She can’t be serious when she says she doesn’t know who George Michael is?”
During his impressive career, George sold over 80 million records around the globe, making him one of the best-selling music artists of all time.
In the UK alone he achieved seven UK number ones.
