CHANELLE Hayes has revealed she’s gone up a dress size after eating badly for six weeks.
The former Big Brother star, 31, lost two stone at the start of the year after gaining weight when she became a mum.
Admitting it had affected her health, the yoyo dieter pledged to banish the bulge for good.
But today she revealed she’s suffered a set back after indulging on holiday – and refused to take any pictures of her body.
She told fans: “I have had a really bad 6 weeks diet and nutrition wise. Totally fallen off the bandwagon and have gone from the size 12 I got down to back up to a 14.
“I can also tell in myself that I feel softer and have lost definition which is such a shame.
“When I am home I need to get back on it big time as I can feel with every pound gained, a little confidence has been lost.
“It’s a marathon not a sprint so I’m not being hard on myself, just ready to get back to how well I was doing and focusing back on my health.”
In just two months Chanelle lost two stone down, taking 26cm off her waist, 10cm off her hips, 6cm off each thigh and 6.5cm off each arm.
It meant she dropped from a size 18 to a 14.
At the time she said: “I definitely put being a mum in front of being slim or skinny. When my children are smiling so am I regardless of my size.
“That being said, over the last year it has affected my health therefore my ability to be the parent I want to be…
“I’m becoming a better mum by demonstrating to my children that healthiness equals happiness…”
The reality star’s weight has fluctuated over the years, as she struggledto recapture her focus when she “falls off the wagon.”
Before becoming a mum to Blakely and Frankie, Chanelle was a size 6-8. In November 2018 she was a size 18-20 weighing 15 stone 6lbs.
She has celebrated getting down to a healthy 12/14, before beating herself up today after enjoying a family holiday.
Chanelle, who appeared on Big Brother in 2007, revealed her regret at “not getting skinny like Cheryl” after she split from ex Ryan Oates in 2017.
