Chanelle Hayes hits the gym after ‘struggling’ with being trolled over her weight

Chanelle Hayes has hit the gym after she was struggling to deal with keyboard warriors who trolled the star over her weight.

But it looks as though she’s committed to that gym life as she defiantly headed out for an exercise session, despite it pouring with rain.

The 31-year-old was pictured in her workout gear, in Leeds, where the mother-of-two had matched her towel with bright pink leggings.

She’d even made sure to match her trainers with the rest of the outfit, and looked every inch the gym fanatic as she walked across a car-park.

It seemed the star was proud to show off her new figure after telling fans just last week that she’d dropped to a size 12 for the first time in years.

The TV personality said: ‘When my children are smiling so am I regardless of my size. That being said, over the last year it has affected my health therefore my ability to be the parent I want to be.’

She explained that she had managed to lose two stone after joining Celebrity Slim UK and is on the road to being the sort of mum she wants to be.

Chanelle went on: ‘I’m becoming a better mum by demonstrating to my children that healthiness equals happiness…

‘Parenting has always and will always come first but I’ve realised (I may be late to the party on this one) that getting to a healthy weight will set an example for my boys in a way nothing else can.’

However, prior to her post, the proud mum has opened up about being trolled over her ongoing battle with her weight.

In October last year, the former Big Brother star was pictured lapping up the sun in a yellow bikini while on holiday in Spain.
