Summer is coming and we all want to look our best. So help yourself to these tips and tricks from the stars that don’t come with an A-list price tag.

Screen legend Joan Collins, 85, always says no to a blow-dry.

Actress Jennifer Aniston, 50, never skips sunscreen and has Aveeno on hand at all times.

“I go through it like crazy,” she says. “It’s in my car, it’s by the pool, it’s in the kitchen, it’s in the bathroom, it’s everywhere.”

John Wick 3 star Halle Berry,52, loves to get the blood pumping with start jumps, high knees and sprints. Her mantra? “Cardio, cardio, cardio.”

She adds: “Getting the blood running through your body is so good for your complexion.”

New royal mum Meghan Markle ,37, never travels without her tea tree oil.

And Gwyneth Paltrow, 46, is known for her health lifestyle but she does have the odd treat. “I try to eat organic when I can and as little processed food as possible,” she says.

“But sometimes you just need a bag of Doritos and a beer in an airport.”

BGT judge Amanda Holden,48, sticks to a simple skincare routine with a cleanser that costs under a tenner.

“I swear by Cetaphil. It isn’t fancy or expensive but it does what I need it to do,”she says.

A-lister Jennifer Lopez, 49, believes in the power of exercise. “Working out is part of what makes me so happy,” she says.

“I try to keep my body hydrated and rested after every workout.

I drink plenty of water, I fuel my body with healthy foods and make it a priority to get eight hours’ sleep.”
