The Love Island host left viewers guessing with her choice of words on Thursday night’s episode of Shopping With Keith Lemon.
Caroline Flack opened up to the flame-haired funnyman while she was driving him around in a zippy test car.
Never one to shy away from asking an awkward question, they had barely left the car dealership before Keith started quizzing the 39-year-old.
Looking into the backseat, he asked: “Have you ever done the business in the car?”
With a smile on her face, she replied: “Do you know what? I’m not going to tell you whether I have or I haven’t.”
Not batting down, Keith saw straight through her wordplay and challenged her on the subject.
He joked: “You do know that means that you have. It definitely means you have!
“Otherwise you would have said, ‘I’ve not done that’.”

Things heated up when he added: “That’s like when you say to someone, have you ever had bum sex?”
The Celebrity Juice host explained his theory that if a person refused to answer the question, it meant that they had done the deed.
With a cheeky smile on her face, Caroline responded: “Don’t ask me that question.”

The blonde bombshell also filled Keith in on her favourite qualities in a man, with a sense of humour and niceness ranking highest.
Any potential suitors out there should listen up, as the Enfield-born babe has been on the market since splitting with fiancee Andrew Brady back in December.
