Carol Vorderman, 60, has revealed her plans to master a new skill in 2021. Speaking on her weekend BBC Radio Wales show, she opened up about planning to learn to do the splits. The star also shared a snap of herself heading into the studio earlier this morning.
The Countdown legend was chatting to her co-host Nathan Sussex about doing the splits during her show today.
She said: “I go to the gym a lot, as you know, and I told my trainer there are four things I want to be able to do by the end of the year.
“One of them is a handstand, which I’ve been able to do, I don’t have the strength to do it in my upper body.
“A proper press-up, never been able to do it because I’m not strong enough in my arms but I am getting stronger.

Carol added: “I’ll be like that by Christmas. We’ll be out on the town!”
The radio presenter also shared a snap of herself ahead of her show sporting a t-shirt with the superman logo on it.
This had a background of the Welsh flag as she was preparing for her BBC Radio Wales show.
She paired the top with some skin-tight jeans cinched in at the waist with a belt.
